If you require express shipping please contact us via email at hello@asmussclothing.com and we will do our best to get your Asmuss garment to you as quickly as possible. Express delivery may incur a charge.

Deliveries should take 2-3 days to receive once your purchase has shipped.

Please let us know if you would like to collect your garment from our studio in Hackney. We can arrange a time for you to pick it up and show you how we develop our designs and recommend great local spots to eat and drink.

We hope you love your Asmuss order and try to reduce our carbon footprint by giving detailed garment size information online and hopefully minimising any returns. However, if something is not quite right and you would like to return your items, please let us know at hello@asmussclothing within 14 days of you receiving your order.

You will be responsible for the charges for returning the goods to us. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We, therefore, recommend you use a tracked service and always retain the proof of postage.

We understand that garments must be tried on and shown to partners or friends, but please make sure your item is returned in the same condition that you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with all labels intact and in the same condition that you received it. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale items cannot be refunded.
